AS I WAS SAYING with René Auberjonois (the voice of azmuth in AF/UA) gone, its great to come back to this story and hear his voice once again even if its only in my head...

this is quite honestly one of the best fan fictions for ben 10 that is mainly based on ben azmuth's relationship. with René Auberjonois

Oh god I love the idea that it's not Ben Tennyson having the Omnitrix that's a certainty across all universes, it's that the First Thinker meets this random earthling child and it changes both of them, for better or for worse.
Plus its just plain sweet to imagine no watch Ben training to be a Plumber, having such faith in the need for heroes and in the inherent goodness of the universe that needs to be protected. Not to mention that Max saw that and pushed to get them to meet bc it's damn inspiring and just what Azmuth needed

OK Ben's earnest eagerness and delight had me BEAMING the entire chapter, I love it!

This might be my favourite chapter yet for all that it tells about their weird relationship, including the fact it's in the form of an answering machine call log bc Azmuth never answers! Plus the thing about Ben doing better than he ever expected at a math module that Azmuth wouldn't let him get out of was PRECIOUS

This story is awesome and I loved it. Think my favorite chapter was the one with nothing but bens voicemail messages and the last one. The voicemail chapter had me busting a gut though lol

Truly wonderful. I love your writing style (detail, dialogue, ability to capture character, insight, etc.), and appreciate the lack of spelling/grammar errors (such a minor thing can really make for an annoying read). It was a brilliant look into Ben and Azmuth, and I applaud your ability to do so from so many points (the final chapter really was especially neat).
I also liked the voicemail chapter, it was a nice one-sided little bit with hints to Azmuth's reactions (read: lengthening the voicemail time). Halloween chapter was a good example of you tying past chapter one-shot ideas together, what with the whole Earth holidays thing and it basically be a sequel to the April Fools chapter. Personally didn't love the Gwen 10 chapter, but then again that's not really fair to say, seeing as how I'm not really a fan of Gwen 10 in general.
Anyway. I had very little qualms throughout my read, and it was truly just a good job overall, so thank you for this work. Like I said, good insight and all done with talent and honed writing ability.

AAAAAWWWWW! This is amazing and super cute! I love how you wrote their father-son relationship. I have only read a few Ben 10 fics as of yet, but this is most definitely one of my favorites.
