I'm confused. who is Javier Rojas? and why does this mean they don't find the killer, I mean yeah they killed a girl but doesn't meant someone gets to go on a revenge killing spree and get off scot free. Legally speaking I mean. emotionally it might seem like an eye for an eye but legally that makes the whole world blind and they get locked up behind bars

I think tony could've been more pissed at Hobbs though. in a way it feels like Gibbs told everyone but tony and if I was in Tony's shoes I'd feel like maybe Gibbs never even wanted Tony to know about his own child. and maybe that's why Gibbs was guilty. yknow cause technically Gibbs is going on 5 months and has known for like 2. tony has paternal rights for Pete's sakes that Gibbs just trampled all over. *breathe* lol just saying tony has the right to be incredibly pissed at this moment its not like he can read Gibbs mind and know "oh Gibbs wasn't intentionally hiding it from me he just wanted to give me a chance to I don't know be a coward and run away from half of me"
