This is a really good story. I Love it. It would be interesting if that was what it was like in the series, the threat that Dean would have to kill Sam at some point. Maybe to save the World or something. Would he do it? Anyway, love it. It would be really cool if you would make a sequil where you explore that concept. anyway, thanks for a good story :-) keep writing

Don't know how I missed this! Great story and really fit with canon. And the Mark of Cain on Dean is worrying as Cain killed his brother Abel and it is going to control how Dean behaves. And you wrote Abaddon perfectly, got her spot on. At the moment she is making Crowley look like a pussycat in comparison.

Oh, oh! This I perfect. Really, absolutely perfect. You've got my emotions going at full speed and I'm having a hard time articulating ... Dean's interactions with Abbadon, and his thoughts about her in the beginning, were spot on. They boys' reaction to Abbadon's revelation about the mark is perfect as well. This whole piece really shows all the tangled up love and resentment and caring and anger the boys are carrying around for each other and themselves. It hurts me in such a beautifully complicated way that I can't help but love. Thank you so much for sharing!

Abaddon is such a witch! But she's so much fun to watch. You wrote her so evilly. Made me want to hate her all over again! Glad the boys had a plan this time but they better make tracks to the tatoo parlor. Like pronto. Sam didn't have to say a heard and I felt him throughout this whole story. Very well done!

Great story. Dean should have asked more about the great cost and burden with the Mark of Cain. Although it probably would not have made a difference to him. They need to get Sam a new tattoo ASAP!

Putting Sam's tattoo back on must have been the most important task after getting rid of Gadreel and getting Sam back. So I'm waiting for it to get mentioned (It wasn't yet, was it?). And until then...I don't mind pretending there's still no new tattoo, hehe. Oh that potential...

I like Abaddon and I really liked her in this story! I totally forgot about her little threat about ripping Dean's tattoo off his chest to possess him. That's working quite good with Sam's non-tattoo situation, nice.

Sam was so quiet the whole time, somehow that made the atmosphere more threatening to me. Ugh.
As if that foreshadowing about Cain and Abel and Dean killing Sam wouldn't be enough. I'm thinking about connecting all the fighting and angst with the weight that comes with the mark, too. Or at least a bit- as if it's pushing them a little here and there to get the show on the road or something like that.

I'm really excited and frightened at the same time about what's going to happen.

Okay, this is probably going to be a VERY strange request...
So I don't know if you've seen the newest Supernatural episode yet. #Thinman If you haven't I don't want to spoil it. But there's this one Superman and Batman scene that you'll know what I'm talking about when you see it.
Anyways, you are my all time favorite Supernatural Fanfic writer, and I was just wondering if you could please, please, please...please maybe write out your version of that whole scene.

i've wondered myself if that's how the Mark will play out. Cain did have to kill Abel after all, even if it was only to save him. If he does have to kill him, will he survive it? Better question, will WE survive it? NO. No. We. Will. Not. Good story! :)

Interesting and disturbing encounter with Abaddon.
I enjoy reading all the different theories and ideas on why the brothers bond is being tested.
Though I would love for the SN writers to just give us an answer and start fixing it.
