Can we have the part where she reads it please ?

I hope you write more to this! I so want to know what happens when she reads the letter does it change things? How does she feel about what she reads?

UGH MY FIRST STORY BACK AND YOU'RE TEARING ME TO PIECES? Not cool, man. not cool. I'm blown away by how well you know these characters, not just to turn their emotionally-loaded moments into the appropriate words, but to do it from their perspectives, to make me feel the scene just as if it had been acted. And without them even interacting. I love Scotty's break down of "I love you" and how well he knows her and yet doesn't at all. I'm still mad you made me care about these precious idiots again though. :)

I hate that this kinda short "paper"... was just a OS! Coulda scream!

sometimes! Such strong emotions got into a swirl like in a twister while reading this-
first curiosity...then sadness...and luck because both admitted it-at least to themselfs...and love because you got all what's being left of them when they canceled the show-the love,the heartbreak,the companionship,the family issues,the job passion,the love affairs,the team,the loved ones,the chemistry,the hidden hurt...
when Lil finally found the letter i blur out:
"Thank god!"and then she didn't read it!
F...ck damn!Ya tiptoed around best way i can imagine-marvellous!But after every heart wrenching moment one blubble was up high-
Hope. And Hope never dies.
Like Love. There will be faith,hope and love.
But Love will be the strongest of all.
So damn true words out of the 'one book'.

I wished Lilly did open that letter. I love that Scotty was trying so hard to not tell her anything but still showed it through his action.

Oh the angst! You get into both their heads so perfectly (particularly Scotty) that you make it so painfully real! I knew it was angsty, you warned me, but I couldn't help hoping, right to the end... Love how it's left open, though. Lilly's going to read that letter, and then who knows what'll happen? Thanks, as usual, for sharing :)
