You have written this story a long time ago and I read it only now. Although there are a lot of things I don't agree with in your story, I've found it amazing! You have imagination and a talent to write! Thank you for such a tale and have it entertwined with the movies. I liked it very much (if it wasn't already obvious). This is very sad and I almost cried at the end but I would not expect otherwise for Loki's fate. He is not made to live happy ever after (even if I like those kind of fanfics too). Anyway, good job!
