Haha/ Reborn or Haha/Fon

Byakuran is out of the running for this one but I still think Xanxus is viable. Fon wouldn't really suit. As their personalities are a little too similar. Which is sad because he is one of my favourite characters. Reborn is a no go as well because I'd see him chafing under Haha's need to mother him. He's far too independent for that to be anything but irritating when applied to him. Lancia might work, might not work. Holding off judgement on Kyoya because it depends on how you write his character. If he was canon! Hibari then he would not suit. This Hibari is different though. So I don't know.
I kinda think you should have an introductary chapter with each of the characters interacting with Haha as a possible suitor would (showing their quirks and characters as You would write them) so that you and your readers can make a more informed decision on pairings.
Heads up, i feel uncomfortable calling someone else (who isn't my real mum) mum. There's probably other people/characters who would feel the same. Takeshi Yamamoto and Hayato Gokudera being orphans would likely be in this category as I highly doubt the would take kindly to someone who seems to want to replace their mothers.

I don't know why, but I feel like you are turning Harry into a weird version of Molly Weasley. He doesn't shout but he does seem to be very controlling in a "it's for your own good" kinda way. And if you remember in canon, most of her kids left the house and even the country, they said it was for work, and it could have been, but it seems more like it was to get away from her. Even Percy left the house as soon as he was able and got himself an apartment alone. Fred and George did the same. Every person has boundaries and Molly generally seems to walk all over them. The thing with Hayato made it seem like Harry was doing the same thing. He didn't even have the decency to ask him in Private what had happened to make him run away from home with no provisions. Being consistently poisoned by your sister is not acceptable. Especially when given such a Stupid reason for it as to make his piano performances more modern. It would be one thing if they told him he needed to do develop an immunity to poison. But they did not therefore making the poisoning abuse. From both his Father who gave the orders and his sister who carried them out. Haha did not ask, did not speak to Hayato in private but publicly humiliated him and bulldozed past any objections to get the results Haha desired. That is not good.

There may be a host of good intentions, and the ability to see the future but sometimes more harm can be made by good intentions than you'd think. And bulldozing over people without asking them what their thought, feeling and motives for doing things is a clear way to lose friends and have broken relationships. Asking and communication is needed for all healthy relationships. Knowing where their boundaries are and knowing where yours are is exceptionally important. Part of the reason the world is in the mess it's in is due to the vast majority of people not knowing those things and or not having appropriate boundaries in the first place. Allowing people to walk all over them or not realising that they are walking all over other people. For example one of mine that I have had to define and guard is not allowing other people to make decisions about what I do with my time e.g. them promising so and so I'll be at their gala; without them even asking me if I want to go or even if I'm free that night and finding out when they call asking me if I'm ready. Not on. And I have had to have screaming matches to defend my right to choose how I spend my time because it is MY life. The balance of that of course is that if I do agree to do anything I have to try to follow through and actually do it. So, boundaries. Haha seems to be walking all over them and needs to stop.

Byakuran/Haha or Xanxus/Haha for the balance it would be for their personalities. Or Verde/Haha for something really out there. I'd need to get more of a feel for your Harry's personality to pick who would suit him more.

Hn.. Why can't it just be Haha/Hibari? I've got to admit, I'm a fan of Harry/Hibari pairing.

Make it a Harry/Xanxus pairing for how Harry is all motherly Xanxus needs someone like that.

I have no idea what the poll results were but I'm hoping it was HP/Hibari. You can really feel the chemistry there and they could keep the whole town on their toes lol
