This is amazing! There are a few punctuation marks missing from speech.
I really like the way you wrote this. It's not exactly what you would call a romance story, but there's definitely a sense of romance. It's written quite realistically, that's what I like most about it.

WOOHOO! You won't believe how excited I was to see this. It was really good. No completely overly mushy scenes that didn't fit. Good way to start I think. This idea was good and I liked all the little references you put in to Drew and May's experience together. I think some people forget those details when writing. I liked the light humor as well.
