I need to find more Sting and Rogue stories. I don't care if they have romance or not (although romance would be an amazing bonus), there just needs to be more. With just the two if them. Because they are an amazing duo of friends (and possible lovers...Onhonhonhon!) and they need more attention.

This fic is just fantastic, really. Just the culmination of Rogue's story. After seeing the Future Rouge I wanted to see how this happened in his timeline, but as much as we know, it won't happen anymore in the manga or because Shadow Dragon Slayer would defeat the darkness in his heart or - what is more probably - Mashima would not bother himself in showing us this. as long as Fairy Tail is the main guild of the series. It is really sad, because I found that Twin Dragon Slayers are just wonderful and could be really good source of many wonderful fics.
So, you just made me happy with publishing this story.
It is great story and really deep, showing how much Rogue was fighting with the shadows and how much at the beginning Sting tried to bring him back from the darkness. How much they are friends. It is shame that Sting was swallowed by these Guild Master's business, but everything for the story XD The sentence when Sting told Rogue to follow his voice was wonderful and I just can perfectly imagine these words being said by Sting.
I only imagined differently the death of Frosh, I thought it would be like while really dangerous mission, or they were fighting against Acnologia, but your way is good too. Your story just left good sensation inside me, this one I'm always looking in Angst/Drama fics, really sad feeling, just like these sort of stories should leave XD
You did really great work, I love it and I think I will return to it many times.

Ah, that was really good! Haven't read something nice about them in a while. The beginning was really well build up and even though the ending was more abrupt, it was kind of fitting since it showed the sudden chance and abrupt fall of Rogue. And Sting's encouragement at the beginning makes the story even more sad (in a good way). I really enjoyed this story and the title is pretty nice as well. Good work, keep it up :3
