That's actually why poems are the hardest to translate. You have to find words that rhyme and have similar meaning in another language - and it has to sound poetic, if possible.
So yes, if translated correctly, the poem would still rhyme. The meaning would probably be a bit lost, but that always happen not matter what you translate because some words/expressions you can't express in some language. Like, 'Zagreus sits inside your head' could be more of a 'Zagreus resides in your mind' in Gallifreyan?
Anyway, that's what they do when translating English poetry in French.
