I just discovered this story, and absolutely love it. I think your Spike is very believably dealing w/ his post-soul issues, and the whole Set-possesion explains season 6 Willow much better than the actual show! I hope you continue this; I'm dying to see how it ends!

Ah, angst. Glorious, glorious angst. I actually cried, numerous times. I love it!

You've written this so well. I loved the way you gave hints and explanations about what happened that night in an indirect way, playing off the character's memories and never telling exactly what happened. It's nice to get the story of what happened from numerous POV's, instead of just Buffy's.

I also like the way you're allowing Spike to be angry at Buffy, and not ready to forgive her. It's nice to see him standing as his own person and not forgiving her for every wrong-doing. It's good that he stills loves her, though, even though he's trying to deny it.

This whole story is really creepy, which is just great. Especially the whole Sanctuary of the Damned thing and with Willow being possessed for a year. I'm still getting used to the idea of it all. and I'm suddenly very glad of just how easy the Scoobs got off at the end of last season.

I'm really enjoying this story. I hope you update soon, because 6 chapters just Is. Not. Enough. (heehee. I'm a fanfic addict, what can i say?)

And I'm just wondering, where's Anya? Did she die too, or did she skip town? Just me being curious.
