As for this piece here, love it! I'm actually glad they didn't kiss. It just wasn't the time with Rachel going through her thing. I love their interactions, tho. So sweet and cute when both of them are so carefree. This line "You wish more than anything, you realize, for someone to love her…" killed me:( It really did.

You should write a second part when she finally gets to kiss her! Pleaseeeee! This just screams for a second part!

Sometimes canon-based fics makes them think like adults, way beyond high schoolers state of mind. Yours is so sweetly accurate, made me reminisce those carefree, silly, happy moments of high school, when we thought we will be young forever :)
