I had to come back to finishing this, forgot about it all. Just remembered when I looked at Silent Hill 3 sitting on my shelf.

I love fourth wall-breaking fanfics when they're funny, but it really doesn't seem like you're even trying to make that many jokes. You make too many unnecessary references to 'the player' which gets old after a while (this player must have a rly short attention span if he's constantly leaving). I'm bored of this fic and not going to read past the first chapter.

You should really do a sequel where it's actually happening and not a freaking dream (Because the twist sucked) that crosses over into post-Team Silent games and have characters from team silent and non team silent games meet.

This story is wonderful! It is so original, and I needed to read something new and fresh like this again. It's been awhile since I started a story that had me glued to the page from beginning to finish.

You write extremely well. Everything flowed quite nicely, and I always felt like I knew what was going on. I suppose my only minor complaint would be I felt like James seemed really out of character. To me, his character is very calm and a bit formal. In this story however, he seems whiny and a bit like a teenage girl at times. Like that part where Heather kisses the Double Head, and he's like, "Groooosss!" This is a man who stuck his hand in a disgusting toilet full of God knows what without flinching. Or when they're doing the puzzle, he says to wake him when they're done. That feels so out of character for me, I feel like he'd be determined to help. Maybe that was just my perception of him though.

Well that was the only thing that bothered me, other than that, this story was just great! I enjoyed reading it in that gameplay kind of way, with loading screens and reading about the player controlling her. I was a bit sad the player playing hands on part finished so quickly, I actually enjoyed reading it quite a bit, but that's alright.
