i shipped Monk and Mai too. Naru is so stuck up and I don't think it is within his emotional capacity to unconditionally love Mai. Even thought he might not be into girls. (not until the author said Mai and Naru would eventually be 'it')

Omg that was sad, but wonderful. I always thought monk and Mai made a better fit. They are very similar even dress in the same style. Naru and Mai are just to different they would never be happy in the long run. Plus naru has emotional problems and Mai's just not mature enough to deal with that. She needs a partner that would be light hearted. I think that ayako would most likely act that way she's very dramatic and kinda selfish so she would see it as a betrayal. I always thought yasu was in love with Mai but know she only had eyes for naru. Honestly yasu would still be a better fit for Mai than naru. Yep if spr closes down I truly only see monk and Mai keeping in touch after a while.

Wow I didn't expect this to be updated after I read it yesterday, Though I am glad it was I liked the time skip and them meeting John again and glad they more or less kept in contact with him(and now he's going to have his own little girl, and Jesse and Hana can have loads of play dates!) But I was excited when John suggested the meet up with everyone, but knowing the others I doubt they can hold a grudge for that long(I think), But I'm glad the meeting went well and they apologized(though I'm still iffy about Masako, at least Ayako and Yasu kinda had a reason to be upset, them being in love with Mai and Takigawa but Masako just took her feelings out on Mai cause SPR was falling apart) But all in all it was a good chapter, and I like the open ending, cause you can pretty much guess what happens after, and even though the story is complete it leaves a way if you do actually want to continue/make a sequel(which I would love, but meh).

OH this second chapter is good, finally they are back together . Love that Mai is again pregnant and that Monk continues taking pictures. Also Madoka is pregnant! that was a surprise :)

Love it love it love it. There are not enough mai and monk pairings and I love them together so thank you so much for writing one :)

This was a really bitter sweet story. Bitter because SPR fell apart with Naru leaving Ayako cutting them off as well as Yasu, bitter sweet cause even though John is their friend and accepts their relationship he has to leave to take care of his mom, so everyone ends up leaving but it's sweet cause they stayed together even though some of their closest friends couldn't accept their relationship and cut them out of their lives but they got through it and are now happy with their daughter. Getting away from the sad stuff I still found Monk constantly taking pictures funny and could really see him doing it(if not Yasu) but I love this couple and think they are seriously underrated and there should be more fics for them.

On a side note it would be awesome if there were a sequel/continuation where all of SPR meets again, most likely by coincidence(whether Naru and Lin are there doesn't really matter)but it would be interesting to see Mai, Monk, their daughter, Yasu, John and Ayako meet each other I would think that John kept in contact with Mai and Monk since they're still friends.

This is such a nice story, never thought of monk and Mai together but with this story I think I see that they will be a nice couple .
