Though I am reading this story, I haven't looked ahead so I wonder if the BAU has it backward. What if the UNSUB was not adopted and had a horrible childhood with his biological parents, who are dead . He may even have murdered them. I see you have several stories in this universe that I am really looking forward to reading next.

Emily's parents had the means to help their daughter keep her child and spare both of them this tragedy. Such selfish and controlling people.

I just stumbled upon this story after reading the one-shot you posted recently about Emily and JJ picking out names for their twins. I was curious to find out who Alex was, which led me here. I can’t wait to see what happens next with Alex and Emily’s relationship and to see the progression of JJ and Emily becoming more than friends at some point. Thanks for writing.
