This is really quite well done, I do so love fusion crossovers!
It helps that I never got far into Shippuden, so I mainly know of the world of Naruto at the point that you're writing about.

Having Shino instantly tense up at meeting Peter is a master stroke, can't believe I didn't think of it.

Geezus, its taking forever to update a new chapter!
theres still a few things a wanna see happen:
-Peter learns the Hiraishin and upgrades it into a new jutsu, like Narutos Oodama Radengan.
-Haku and Zabuza get more air time, and actually make a difference in the storyline by breaking canon.
-Hinata should get over Naruto after her confession during the Pein Invasion and start opening up to new prospects (shes such a sweet girl, kind and helluva patience. even though she finally confessed to her crush, Naruto didn't give her an answer for THREE years! and he still was hanging on to Sakura. Im telling you, Hinata needs more luck in love than Naruto deserves!)

How about a CRA for Peter? if other Naruto fics, Naruto can get hundreds of kunoichi harems, why not one for Peter!?
