We are perpetually neighbors country wise.
Let's see where this goes, something I can relate with some I can't for now.

I hate how she thinks brown eyes are plain. My kids all have brown eyes and there beautiful. I also get sick of Bella putting her dad down. I always thought of Rene as plain and not a good mother either.

Hi, admittedly, my comment is a bit late - I just wanted to take the time to tell you that every time I read the word Nazi used inappropriately, I flinched, had images from history class come up before my inner eyes, and - needless to say - got completely distracted from the story. Maybe that is because I am German, but nonetheless one should never ever downplay the type of heinous criminals that Nazis are.
Other than that, nice story! :) I enjoyed reading it!

Wow her parents don't care about her finding love. They were not very good parents if she feels like as he is worthless. Now she even feels worse are her parents blind or just don't care if she is loved or not.
