Anyways, love the way you write these characters they're practically all in character and your summarizing at the end is great. the development throughout this all was awesome. I hope such a blessed soul such as yourself has a great awesomesauce day for making mine! :)

I read this awhile ago but I never left a proper review and I'm disappointed at myself for that. I don't think I even realized how underhyped this story is until now! I would expect you to have so many more reviews and favorites. This story is very deserving of attention. It is one of my favorites, for absolute sure. I think your writing style is wonderful- it's realistic and relatable but it also keeps a nice healthy amount of drama around. I dig it. I am amazed by how well you weave the timeline together. All the events and ideas flow seamlessly, naturally. And, good lord, there is so much depth! It is so much more than just some Akuroku romp story (although I won't exactly knock those). I get to really see inside the perceptions, memories, motives, fears, and insecurities in you characters. I feel connected to them. That is a great accomplishment. Thank you so much for sharing this, it's a treasure.

I love this!

This...was one of the best things I've ever read in my life. I am in love with the way you write, it had me on edge the entire time. I thought putting all of this into a one-shot would be a little much, and it might intimidate people away (I know it did for me, but I like to give things chances first), but once I started, I couldn't stop. Literally. This was an amazing story, I really liked how truthful to reality it was. You were able to connect and be deeply touched by Axel and Roxas' complicated relationship. I swear, I nearly cried at the end when Axel was pushing Roxas to tell him what was wrong. Absolutely beautifully executed. The awkwardness of Axel attempting (and failing) to handle his new lustful feelings towards Roxas, added a quirky humor to the story, but also invoked sympathy as well. It was a perfect balance of romance blues and dream-like fairytale. I adore this story.

Holy ****. That was amazing - to the point where I was left staring wide eyed at the computer screen, curled up on the sofa and nearly trembling in anticipation of what was going to happen next - kind of amazing. God, their relationship was so heart-wrenchingly beautiful, and the writing style (mm profanity) only made everything feel that much more realistic. Also those canon hints (D.i.Z., Cubicle 6) seemed so clever to me, and all the little things (Zemyx, Rayner, Axel and Roxas playing Smash) made me really, quite giddy.

But yeah, I love AkuRoku. I really do. Thank you for sharing this wonderful fic with us and have a Happy Valentine's! :)
