Ahhh that's the reason for the big time lag of updates for this fic. I'm sorry you lost your file, but I am extremely glad you didnt give up (even if a whole other story or more got written). Unlike you, I choose to read this story again from the beginning (how many times have I done that by now?) and I like it just as much as I ever did. We are only halfway through the tributes :) got to see of sally and or tommy make it to the end, and more importantly, im waiting for the aftermath.

I was surprised, but pleased to see an email alert, alerting me there had been an update. I can see how Tommy not giving Allie a mercy killing would be a grey area. I think it was a tough decision for him to make, but one he believe is the right one. Let's just hope it'll pay off in the end. I think the Mellark in him is showing. It was interesting to see Katniss and Peeta's different point of views on the situation. I understand Katniss's reasonings, but ultimately it was Tommy's decision to make. I think it was his way of trying to make up for his last kill. I think he's too caring and compassionate at this point to kill someone and not have it effect him. I hope there'll be another update coming in the future. I also plan to read your other story in the future. Hopefully soonish.
