Reviews for Mia's Missions on Mystery Mountain
galaxy eyes chapter 1 . 10/17/2016
Please, PLEASE finish this, I'd love to see your take on the second mission and on the ending.

Also, DOES Polly have a crush on somebody?
ultima-owner chapter 5 . 10/6/2015
Plz write the ending of the last mission. It fic is great
J4RRE77 chapter 5 . 5/1/2015
Good! Now, I would suggest the next mission concerns the Olympics. After all, Mia wants to tackle the most important stuff first, and since the Olympics are one of the biggest symbols of World Peace in the world, their preservation is priceless.
G Marshall chapter 5 . 4/30/2015
I think this fanfiction overall is a great idea. I once tried the same with Machinarium - an indie title from 2009, but didn't get far. If you are inclined to finish it, yes I agree, skipping directly to the game's conclusion, with some brief paraphrasing of collecting the other robots and something relating to the intervening time in between here and there, would be the wisest choice. Keep up the good work!
mysteryfan4ever chapter 5 . 4/30/2015
Please still do the ending! I'm loving this story!
mysteryfan4ever chapter 1 . 4/24/2015
What does Mia look like?
J4RRE77 chapter 4 . 4/24/2015
Good chapter, but actually cacti do grow on mountains. Not really big cacti mind you, just small and medium sized cacti. In fact, if it weren't for mountains getting so much water, there would be no deserts.
mysteryfan4ever chapter 4 . 4/24/2015
Keep it up I'm loving your story! Especially when Mia compares Polly to Helga from Hey Arnold! Hmmm it makes me wonder if Polly has a secret crush! lol!

Upload soon please!
J4RRE77 chapter 3 . 10/26/2014
Good. But since Botley had to measure the oxygen, perhaps on a later mission that involved going to the kitchen, Botley has a malfunction that forces Mia to have to figure out how to measure the molecular condiments on her own to build up her confidence.
J4RRE77 chapter 2 . 10/26/2014
This is good, but I would've had Mia think for a moment that since Bothoven was meant to be a robotic version of Beethoven, that it would perhaps make sense that Bothoven was hard of hearing just like Beethoven was a long time ago.

Also, perhaps Mia and Botley should have reacted to Polly's ridiculous "cake and ice cream" answer. I mean, giving cake and ice cream to sick patients? Wouldn't that make them even more sick?

Hey, I'll help you write this if you want. Give you some advice on how Botley and Mia react to Polly's behavior and answers to questions on the quiz.

Also, perhaps a great friendship should blossom between Mia and Botley. Yeah, that way when Polly orders Botley to go inside the time machine to the beginning of time at the end, there can be a struggle between them.

"No Botley! Don't listen to her!" I cried as Botley slowly started to follow Polly's orders. "Don't let Polly control you like this!"

"She...gave me an order." Botley struggled as he slowly made his way closer to the time machine. "I can't...disobey her!"

"Yes you can!" I protested. "It's YOUR body, not hers! You can fight back! You're programmed to clean up Polly's messes not take part in them! You can't let her win! She has no real power over you! Don't give it to her!"

Or something like that...
J4RRE77 chapter 1 . 10/26/2014
Alright! A fanfic based on one of the greatest games ever created! Jumpstart Adventures 3rd Grade! I may be 26 years old, but that game is still SOOOO much fun to play!
Antsloth chapter 1 . 2/18/2014
I haven't played the games since I was a kid, but I loved Polly and Botley. I like Mia's spunky ness, but this line seemed a little too well-spoken for an eight year old: "so as well as being an annoyance to other kids, you're also stuck-up and quick to judge." Please continue the story. This brings back many good memories.
