I've never once thought about how Ace would feel on his birthday (I feel bad now). I mean, he was born while his mother died. Thanks for writing this story and narrating Ace's views of the day. It would be just like Ace to not realize that everyone is thankful that he was born -_-; but nonetheless, I liked the part with Whitebeard. Normally Marco or Thatch would come cheer him up, so it was nice to see Oyaji talk with him :) And you may say that the story was lacking in humor, but I cracked up at that last bit xD Oh, Luffy.. (run Luffy and Sabo, run!)
