This was a nice read, thank you for writing it! I particularly enjoyed the parts where your writing turned practically poetic.

Like the Hamlet reference. Bo talking to people that weren't there, fit Hamlet talking to his father and pointing him out to Horatio and crew, and Ophelia after her father was killed.

What I love most about this story is that I can see Kenzi and Lauren both being fed up enough to walk away. Great job!

I'm a firm believer if Rainer had gone into the room Bo would've kissed him long and hard in front of Lauren. So sad to think the heroine of the show could be so cold. But that's the only Bo that I saw the last 2 seasons.

LOL it's funny how many fans of the show have the same opinion of Bo in that sleeping with someone is an apology. Because I honestly thought I was the only one that thought that.

Besides having to help her heal bit I loved how Lauren didn't just fall back in with Bo as if nothing happened. Bo thinks sleeping with someone is a good enough apology. Loved how Lauren stayed in doctor mode fighting against her feelings to completely enjoy it. Great scene.

Season 4 was just a mess. Then they threw Rainer in towards the middle and it was a bust. He didn't bring anything worthy to the show and his death was so anticlimactic that it was pathetic. Now I loved Lauren and Bo, but THE writers failed in them talking during 4/13. Dyson got the I'm not in love with you anymore. Kenzi got I just needed some time. But Lauren, THE love of her life got "You were wrong about him now kiss me", bit. Sorry I rambled. Love your story!

I know your description says this is between 12 and 13, but personally I think Lauren should've told Bo bye to say it nicely, for good. He's her destiny? Then she don't need the rest of them.

I can't tell you how many times I've read this story, both on here and on LesFan. Brilliant work! I love the way you had Lauren and Kenzi both live life adventurously and grow up together, finding thier way in the world. Im glad Lauren and Bo ended up together, but I'm loved how Lauren centered it was, as apposed to all the Bo centered stories out there. Don't get me wrong I love the "Bo and Lauren" storylines, but having a "Lauren and Bo" is great as well, If you undersstand what I mean.
(Also I loved your author's notes about being a suspect of own the air in your lungs and the sandbox references.)

Wow. One of the nicest, sweetest story I've ever read.

I read this early last year on Lezfan, but couldn't help rereading it beginning to end when I came across it here on . brilliant job, amazing writing, awesome story!
