I don't get the 'not that kind of girl' part. Why is senpai talking about himself as if he was a girl?

Of course Kasamatsu had things to say! Just saying, I think his point was abundantly clear, and that it was well received by Imayoshi.

There are so many lovely things to point out about this chapter:

First of all, as I said in the last review, the wonderful use of vocabulary. My heart is filled with pure delight whenever I stumble upon a writer like yourself, who has a wide diversity in the words they use. Really, I find your overall style to be wondrous and inspiring. Your descriptions are divine and the inner thoughts you gave Kasamatsu for this chapter were amazing and incredibly well done!

I really enjoyed the fact that Imayoshi did not make fun of Kasamatsu's staring in this instance. For me, the occurrence gives us a brief glimpse of the deep emotion that Imayoshi might feel for Kasamatsu. Or you know, that he was simply really turned on and knew that not teasing Kasamatsu would get him in bed faster. Whichever really, I can go both ways on this.

But, the idea that Imayoshi had essentially pined for Kasamatsu for over three years makes me think that in the end he wanted (and got) something that was more than just physical from Kasamatsu. I mean, Imayoshi has the patience of a saint, there's no question about that, but I so desperately want to believe that there's more. Kasamatsu is fooling absolutely no one when he tells Imayoshi that he doesn't like him, I'm sure of it! I brought this up because I really enjoyed the idea of Imayoshi wanting to see Kasamatsu like this for this long, especially since it ties directly back to the title of this story. It's brilliant, brilliant I say!

The smut was written exceptionally well too. The interactions leading in, the description of each and every kiss and touch, the what I'm going to label as 'pillow talk' before Kasamatsu reciprocated Imayoshi's actions, it was an all-around glorious read. You did a magnificent job with this story, and you should feel proud. You are most certainly a master of your craft! Thank you for sharing this!

Everything about this scene was perfect. The dialogue between Imayoshi and Kasamatsu was brilliant, it flowed so naturally, the retorts they made for each other were amazing, which I suppose only proves Imayoshi's point about them suiting each other well. I also think that you have a wonderful handle on both Imayoshi's and Kasamatsu's characters. Imayoshi's speech was intelligent, friendly in terms of his Kansai dialect, and Kasamatsu was as forward as ever. I feel like I'm rambling, and not giving you all the compliments you deserve on this work, but what I'm trying to say is that I adore everything about this chapter. The characters, the mannerisms, the interactions between them, your extensive vocabulary usage, every thing really. Hopefully the next review will make a bit of sense...

I just got a new found love for Kasamatsu after watching Kise vs Aomine. Fell for him so bad and began obsessing over reading anything about him. Your Kasamatsu is very lovely. Straightforward enough to not get all pulled around by Imayoshi, can stand up for himself and don't try to always lead. Love your Imayoshi as well. Ever the trickery bastard, even if he is a charming one.

P.S. Ever thought about writing Kasamatsu/Aomine? I've been shipping them ever since I saw Aomine help Kasamatsu up and sneakily got Aomine a foul.
On to a random note, if Kasamatsu was Aomine's captain, I don't think he would ever let him skip practice.
