Please go back and edit this chapter. The things Peter said and did were not so easily forgiven. He put Neal's life at risk from the start getting his wife treatment first while his partner near bled to death. Then that kind of evil talk in post op. Was he trying to finish the job? He is a good man, he would feel terrible about it, not try to justify it once more. Neal should refuse to speak to him for weeks. Please go back!

Peter took it too far. Should not be so quickly forgiven. Neal should go home, start to remember the terrible things Peter said, and refuse to see him.

Great story! I really loved it!

Nicely written story. Happy to see you gave them a happy end. However I had a hard time seeing Peter so blindsided almost until the end. Of course El is his weak spot but even in the show he only jumped to conclusions and was willing to have Neal go back to prison without trying to talk to him in season 1. Later on he always tried to unearth the real truth and was quite forgiving, even after El's kidnapping.

This was AMAZING! love it to pieces. The only thing I wish for is a little more, maybe from Neal.

I really liked the story but I think you shouldn't have had Neal forgive him so fast. Even though I'd love a bit more forgiveness seeking I did love the story and wish you'd find a way to continue it. It was really well written

Great story, I really enjoyed the different plays on the narratives, seeing it from each person's point of view.

I liked the story but really did not like Peter at all. On the show, he's shown a little of this side of his personality but this takes it to a deeper level. I wish the end had been more drawn out so that he could have felt more remorse for the things he said to Neal and that Neal and El had not been so quick to forgive. And maybe someone could punch Peter in the mouth, lol.
