Whooooo... Steamy chapter right there! ;)

Well, not really. More like, um... microwave-y, yes? OK yeah anyways.

That was kind of an abrupt chapter. Like the romance was a bit, hmmmm, I want to say... unexpected, but it was kind of obvious from much earlier on that this sort of thing was bound to happen. But it was one of those, "o.O THAT escalated quickly..." kind of things. Oh well, not sure what I'd even expect you to do about it (you could always make the argument that TRUE LOVE IS ALLLLLLLWAYS ABRUPT), especially since my kind of "romance" FF-ing would probably be like, "And then Freud kissed Lux passionately, the dopamine flooding his brain like never before. A brain scan of that exact moment would have shown a bright and shining star of his pleasure/reward center, and... OK U NON-SCIENCE NERDSZ I GIVE UP LOLZ NOT EXPLAININ' IT HORHORHOR THEY F-ED OK LOL GET OVER IT BYE." Or something. I don't really know. *I* am FAR too mature to write slash fics (I actually don't. I don't really write that much FF in general, actually... Hmmmm.). ;) Or read them. Mhmmmmm...

Well, I have a math test to sleep "early" for and stuff, so I'll read/review the other chapters later. Like tomorrow, I guess. :)

The ending was a little bit rushed, no offense. But better than seeing Phantom rage if he ever sees Freud with Lux ;)

I loved this story. Good job :) This was awesome! Now we'll just have to see if the other heroes will accept Freud 's relationship with Lux and if Empress Cygnus decides not to execute him.

... Did Lux secretly corrupt Luminous? You mentioned he had that red eye...

OK, my apologies for the long absence. I had a bit of a busy week and reading fanfiction about how Mr. Dragon Mashturrr luuuuurrrrrves the mostest evilest monster in Maple World wasn't exactly... a high priority. ;) Regardless, I got my lazy butt onto FF and read this chapter in the morning. (...And my parents dragged me to this thing called a "job fair," so that killed a few of my precious afternoon hours.)

Well anyways. I will be reading and reviewing your other chapters later (perhaps not today...), but for now, may I just assume that Phantom will track down TEH BLACK MAGEEEEEEE and find Freud and Lux like totally making out like modern teenagers and then he will either a) completely freak out and have a mental breakdown and kill everyone and etc. etc. etc., or b) attempt to start a three-way with them? Yeah, that's what I thought. (We shall see...)

OK, off to read the rest of the story while I'm at this meeting (because one of my competition partners is not here, so I'd be unproductive anyways...).

It was a sort of happy ending that I'd never expected. Thanks for writing!

No offense but when the Black Ma- *ahem*- Lux gave the heroes Athena, wasn't that a bit too easy? Oh well, better than a fight. Freud would definitely not want to fight him. Besides, Lux would easily overpower them considering his supposed power level (did not know how to word that).

... And I totally did not see the sword coming. That was an awesome bitter-sweet ending. Wonder how Freud would be like in the next chapter. I'm glad I did not give up on this story. Looking forward to the finale!

Not to pick holes in your writing, but does the story synopsis not imply that Luminous never got corrupted by the Black Mage?
