No offense, but it's tiresome how ppl always make it as if Oliver's the bad guy and Felicity is the angel who can do no wrong. It's no one else's business who he dates, and they're a toxic couple. I like you're writing, but I just don't think it's particularly fair to Oliver at all.

When I read this the first time I didn't even really know who Daniel Rand was. So I pictured him in my head with your description. Now Netflix had to ruin it with Ironfist. Right in the middle of trying to watch that god awful show I realized "this is the guy that dated Felicity". So when I ran across this again I just had to comment on how that ruined my whole concept of their romance in here. The actor was good looking but he ran around like a hippy dippy flake. I really had to laugh at how now I can't get another vision of Daniel Rand in my head but the one they showed running around in the park and jumping over cars.

I wouldn't believe any guy who told me they needed me in the most cheesy poetic way either. I love fanfiction that makes Felicity strong because sometimes the show doesn't give that...

I was rewatching Olicity's scenes from s1 and s2. And I honestly, don't think Oliver was really Felicity's friend. He was more like partner/boss. Anyway, I'm rereading all your fics. There're so good...

Whats not to like about Daniel Rand. He should be in season 5 of arrow as Felicity's boyfriend and give Oliver a run for his money.

Just so you know I read this story a long time again and kept looking for it on Tumblar but I couldn't remember the title so glad I found it again. This was really a good story and I so wanted her to remain with Rand. I always thought he was the better choice for her.
