May I just break into tears at how beautiful this fic series has been? I didn't appreciate John as much until discovering this series. I love the bond that John and Seth (Sam haha) have. As hunters in the show, I always felt like there was that power struggle between Sam and John's stubbornness. John: the father figure. Sam: the rebellious son. Here the two are closer to equals. It's such a fun dynamic because John was such a lone wolf on the show.

It's funny that I was just now watching the Supernatural episodes following John's passing and Sam's newfound determination to continue in his Dad's footsteps. Kind of makes me watch their interactions in the show with a different view and dynamic.

Thank you for your writing. This was the perfect ending and will always be one of my favorites.

This is such a great series! I wish you’d continue it... it would be interesting to see the relationship dynamics with Sammy the only one who really knows who Seth is.. would also like to know what happened in the other timeline.. Regardless, it was a fun read. Thank you!

Oh how I wish there were more stories after this! If only to see how Seth would work with his new family as the 'uncle' of the Winchester boys! Not to mention some more protective!John Winchester!

Love this series! I love who John thinks 'Seth' is, and I have to admit that that's the most logical assumption. Now that hell's shut down, I wonder what comes next. I would love to read a continuation fic about them all dealing with heaven. Whom I imagine is shitting bricks now that hells locked up, their big plan is now de railed. I imagine heaven's gonna be trying something to get it back on the rails, so another fic about them all dealing with heaven and the angels would be great.

Anyway, love these stories. They were really well written. I also liked how they were from John's point of view, which was really interesting to read.

So, you wrote “Harry winchester.” It’s actually Henry, not harry. As Sam found out about the demon blood when he was 23, not when he was 22.

I really love this. I don't know whether this is the end of the series, but either way, it was a great read. Great grammar, plot, and characterization. If you continue, I would love to know more about Seth/Sam's back story. What season did he come from? What was that scar? Where are Dean and Cas? Anyway, thanks for putting all the effort you did.

Good god I wish I had found these stories sooner. This is just so awesome and the ending was perfect. Because I can just see this happening, John starts saying things and Seth sees that John came to the completely wrong if logical conclusion. John is very uncharacteristically rambling and this time Sammy is the one that interrupts after eavesdropping before Seth can correct John telling him that someone wanted to speak to him. Then John leaves telling Seth to think about it while he goes to deal with whoever and because Seth is Sam is Sammy and he has always been just a bit too smart no matter his age and Sammy makes his argument for why Seth shouldn't correct John and uses Seth's own argument on the importance of little brothers which in turn makes Seth thoughtful. Thus Seth becomes Uncle Seth and because John is a goddamned blood hound with a scent he might even find a way to save Seth without royally fucking up the world or if not at least Seth won't die alone and he would have his family back.

Oh I love this! John thinks Sam/Seth is his half brother! XD But Sammy know the truth about Seth. Must be a little weird for him.
