This story was written by a 9 year old. All the characters are bloody idiots to the highest degree. Also it’s too bad the killing curse didn’t work in Harry because he is bloody annoying. Hell Voldemort should have killed his parents on the way too. I can’t decide who is more annoying in this entire story. They are all beyond infuriating. Not one character is like able in any fashion. It’s pathetic.

what if parker unpacked his trunk and stowed away in it? I can see harry hiding him there and teaching him early, i'm honestly surprised he didn't get a wand while in the alley. good story thus far

Lily has been acting like nothing is wrong and trying to be all motherly to Harry? Since there haven’t been any scenes depicting this I call bs. You can’t claim such events happen and not write about at least one of them. This is major plot and character development and just mentioning it in passing is bad storytelling.

I’m not trying to be jerk here with these post. I think your writing in general is good. The base plot line of the story is a good idea. But your execution of the plot is not going well. I find this weird because as I’ve said you have talent when it comes to writing. A lot of the mistakes I see is just lack of logical thinking.

Now subjectively I don’t like Harry’s interaction with James. There is no hate for a person who has wronged him Harry in such a deep level. Harry’s overall interactions with the potter’s is not indicative of what he should be experiencing. The type of emotional pain Harry should be feeling is through the roof. His lackadaisical response is illogical. This isn’t about him coming off as a wuss. This is about him not expressing any kind of hate for people that he absolutely should despise.

3 days have passed since the confrontation and neither Lily or James have tried to talk with Harry. Not even by letter. Yet, Lily still had time to talk to Alex and even tell him about Harry yelling at her. She even told Alex that Harry would probably dislike him out of jealousy. This doesn’t line up at all with Lily or James caring about Harry. Actions speak louder that words is as true as 1 1 2. The author has completely destroyed the plot line of Lily or James caring one iota about their abandonment of Harry. Their lack of any reconciliation with Harry says without a doubt they don’t care.

The confrontation between Harry and Lily was stupid. First, why the hell has Lily not tried and talk too to Harry at all? If she actually cared like the author has portrayed then why has she not attempted any contact with Harry? How was she able to be in the same class with her long lost son and act as if nothing is wrong and he is just another student? How was she preparing to leave the class and go about her day without thinking about her son?

Harry’s response is a little more believable but it is more on the little pansy/wuss side. Yeah, he is eleven but still his hate was more like not getting what you wish for Christmas/birthday than confronting a parent who abandon you for your twin.

The build up for the family drama was great but the actual drama fails to live up to expectations. It’s such a let down that I don’t see much hope that story can recover at least on the family drama side.

Lol, Terry's Christmas is just like mine. Except it's my brother who buzzes around the house until he makes enough noise to wake up me and my parents. The rest is the same tho, the Christmas dinner at the grandparents house and all!
