| Frozen fire of Valyria chapter 4 . 2/23/2018 It was cool, though something that isn't your fault but more of an issue with the show, mizuki was considered eligible for the rank of Jōnin, not tokubetsu-Jōnin, but jonin, so I don't think a naruto with Kage Bunshin or the enhanced naruto from your fic should be able to beat him. Even if he is rusty, a jonin unlike a chunin is chosen for battle power, he should still have that. |
