Bunny's daughter chapter 1 . 10/27/2015
You should write more. Maybe include a chapter where Ichabod and Abby have to go to Steve for help

That was very amusing! well done. Ichabod and Steve would be great friends. They have the same moral compass.

Cool idea
The Lady Nightingale chapter 1 . 12/28/2014
I like this a lot! Thank you so much for crossing two such awesome & usually stoic out-of-timers... I do think, as someone has already mentioned, a little more of the contents of Steve's head would have been cool. I'm kinda glad Ichabod noticed Steve wasn't getting drunk - it must have been a horrible day for Steve to even try...
patrickthenobleman chapter 1 . 10/5/2014
Nice adding the Rip Van Winkle element and you can really see where they worked that into the show and I'm glad you noticed it here.
sudoku chapter 1 . 9/6/2014
Excellent and funny!
Ann E. Casap chapter 1 . 5/14/2014
Soldiers out of time!
Cylon One chapter 1 . 5/3/2014
First crossover one-shot of Captain America and Sleepy Hallow.

It's so cool!

What a neat meeting of two out-of-time heroes.

One more than the other.

Great work.

NeahZoldyck13 chapter 1 . 3/30/2014
Awesome! You brought together my two favorite time travelers and you did it awesomely! Great work!

I do have a couple of critiques though. 1)Even though most people consider it unnessicary, I usually like to describe what the characters are wearing, so that, say, someone knew they were talking to a fellow soldier. And 2)I don't think either of them drink that much. Just saying. But great story anyway!

Missy the Least chapter 1 . 3/19/2014
This is wonderful slice of life for two people who have a lot in common, no matter how many years separate them. Beautifully rendered and written, even someone who isn't familiar with Sleepy Hollow (like myself) can easily follow along and get a real sense of Ichabod's character and his 'fish out of water' experience. You give us just enough to understand what's going on, yet we aren't bogged down with too much exposition. In other words, you trust us enough as readers to follow along.

My only critique? The only thing that we needed to 'see' was why Steve knew he was talking to a fellow soldier, so a description of what he was wearing was both desirable and necessary. (Again, not being one of the fandom, I have no idea what his normal garb is at this point in his life, but whatever he was wearing would have to be something distinctive enough to tell an observant person like Steve that he wasn't dealing with a civilian).

I must also commend you on your use of Ichabod's formal language, yes you are using contractions, but they aren't out of place.

I enjoyed your story immensely and I'm glad I stumbled across it .
