This was also noticeable in the first chapter, but I feel the listing of exact numbers is unnecessary, for example when describing the schedule, or how many students are in the hall (from chapter one). The thing is, the numbers written out interrupt the flow of the story a tad, and just saying how many students there are in the hall doesn't give me any information if you don't include the size of the hall.
"And people who don't have enough cousins to make up two teams?" This perfectly illustrates the Weasley family. I love it.
Can I also just say that Lexa Rae is a really cool name?
Dun, dun, dun... what will happen with their hand-touching-flashback-type-thing? I am certainly intrigued, but I hope it isn't a cliché soulmate thing.
Again, I love the story already.

I had hoped that they'd all be super friendly with each other and forget whatever issues their parents had... but that's not realistic, is it? I loved how you did it, not too much, but a bit of prejudice is still there. I also love how rounded the characters are already. Scorpius and the Potter-Weasleys' exchange in the train compartment was very nicely written. The mild snarkiness between Rose and Scorpius on the way back to the common room was perfect and I really hope it's a continuing trend throughout the series.
