Awesome!

This was so sweet. Heartwarming, truly.

You know, despite being a Nine/Ten/Rose fan and Ten being my favourite Doctor, Mickey's treatment always angered and saddened me. It was rude and not right. Poor Mickey. I know, both Rose and the Doctor had their reasons (fear of loneliness and rejection can be very powerful) and both probably didn't mean to be hurtful most times, but they were. Disrespectful, too, concerning Mickey. As much as I love Rose and cried when she left, at the time, her relationship with the Doctor wasn't the best for almost anyone that was not them. Rose just wasn't mature enough (19) and the Doctor was still too fresh from the Time War and clinging to the first human who showed him compassion and love clinfing very possessively.

I prefered season 3 and 4 to a lot of season 2. I loved Eccleston too, though, so I did like season 1 a lot. Apologies for the rant...

Back to this gem of a story. I love how Rory took care of the Doctor and Amy too and how he felt comfortable enough to just fall asleep between them- depply enough that he didn't object to being caeried around by Rory (what an endearing mental image, btw ;-) I really like the companions taking care of a hurt/sleeping Doctor and him accepting the care).
Also how he told Rory about wanting to bring him and Amy together, never getring between two lovers again. Indeed, from the moment he realized what Amy was running from, he acted to bring them together and even the Dream Lord was just a manifestation of his wish to give poor Rory a bit more security in his relationship with Amy.

This was good. I'd love to see a story where Rory has a chance to put his nursing skills to work on the Doctor. Maybe one where it was helpful that a baseline was established here, like the 2 hearts, respiratory bypass, lower body temperature, etc. The Doctor really does have a bad habit of not giving his companions basic important information like this or about regeneration...

Yeah, Rose should have simply said to Mickey what was happening. I haven't seen any of Ten, but from what I saw in Nine...she really should have explained she's not interested. From what I saw in Boom Town, she did kind of say that, but she definitely left it too long.

Hello! New reader here, and I just wanted to say I really like your work! After reading this and The Doctor Came to Stay, it made me think of how you'll handle a deaged bby!doctor having to be taken care of by the Ponds! You could have the Doctor maintain his memories, but HAS to be taken care of because he's too small to reach the TARDIS' controls or something else entirely. I just know you'll make it work somehow and oh, I'm rambling, sorry about that. Anyway, I can't wait for your next update/new oneshot! Keep up the good work! :D

That was slightly adorable. I just have to say, thank goodness for fanfiction. I don't know what I'd do without the ability to revisit Eleven and the Ponds whenever I want to. I miss them so much!

That was wonderful! Very fluffy and I absolutely loved the early blossoming of the Doctor and Rory's bromance. I absolutely agree with you (big surprise) about Eleven, Amy, and Rory being Nine/Ten, Rose, and Mickey done right.

Rory being a nurse would be concerned about the Doctor's health... especially after being electrocuted. Poor Ten got it a lot worse when he was up on the Empire State Building. ;) Rory wanting to even help non-humans, putting his medical knowledge to good use. Good thing the Doctor has him and Martha to watch out for him. At least the Doctor warned Rory about his two hearts. :P

This was really sweet. I think you handled 'early Ponds' with the Doctor, especially 'early' Rory with the Doctor just fine. I figured the Doctor was talking about calling them 'Ponds' as what to collectively call them. Nice lead in to "Amy's Choice" with them all being sleepy. :)

I love the Doctor and Rory BROTP and of course the Ponds and the Doctor's BROT3. They're best friends and family. Great job! :D
