*Claps hands*. Oh my god this is a beautiful piece of Helsa art. Some of the best I have read! Why is this a one shot!? But then again, if this was a longer series, the power of that letter would diminish! But I want MORE! Argh this is probably my favorite Helsa one-shot out there, from the way the plot flows, to the way the writing is just sweet enough to be beautiful, but painful enough to be sorrowful.

I can't give you enough praise. I can't wait to see more.

This isn't the kind of story I see a lot. I feel like it dealt with very serious and real themes, and it presented them well. Above all, it's obvious that you tried very hard to make it work. Still, the story rushes through too quickly for the themes to manifest themselves ideally. Also, the tense sometimes shifts, and it sounds generally awkward. But that's nothing you can't fix with a good run-through edit. This is most certainly an interesting story, and I'll be interested if it ever continues.
