Okay pardon the sudden review start, logged-off, review start again thing. First time typing a review from a non-computer device and go severely distracted... Lesson learned: Stick with computer for reviews.
Any who: Originally I kind of passed this story up but after going back, I'm finding I actually like it. The whole situation is kind of depressing, but the well-timed humor moments make it really nice to read. I'm also finding I enjoy the idea of Jack and Pitch kind of playing a sort of cat-and-mouse game. With the cat possessing a small army and sniper while the love blinded mouse with a radio continually dodges said cat while making sly comments to his lover. Like I said, it's quite humorous in a way.
Plus, the rest of the gang's conversations through the radio are just wonderful. But I understand their nervousness whenever Jack isn't logged on. A lot can happen in a few seconds, as we just witnessed/read.
Any who, that's really all I have so good luck with your struggles and hope that life decides to give you a break instead of lemons. But if life does give you lemons, then try demanding sugar, water, a pitcher, and little umbrella because lemon juice by itself is really sour. If not, then just throw them at the wall in frustration or at your enemies (though don't kill them please. I'm pretty sure prisons won't let you write and update stories from a cell)

Okay first thing's first: I can't believe you killed Sandy! Sure he kinda 'died' in the movie but there's no chance of him coming back in this story, well unless you decide to do voodoo but that wouldn't make any sense at all and we know what happens with human transmutation. *shudders*
