I found this story so long ago and I never forgot it- I couldn't remember the title or your user name, so I never could find it, but I happened across it by chance recently and... your writing is still as superb as ever. This is absolutely heartbreaking.

Words cannot express how many tears I have shed this evening as I read these chapters. I love this story and how much effort that bleeds through the words. I absolutely love this story and I need more like it, but with Raph alive cause I don't know how much more I can handle. I cried into my best and that's become very hard to make me do nowadays. Thank you, Author.

Oh man, I am really crying now. This story is so touching in a very strange way. Raphael has always been my favorite turtle. I was shocked he actually died.:( I am glad that Leo, at least, did not die. No matter what he did. I don't believe in the whole "killing myself to restore my honor" nonsense, as I'm sure most people nowadays don't. Anyway, I'm glad that they forgave him. Raph too, probably, at the last second. If only he could have told Leo that he forgave. Last words when Leo finds him and all. W ow, i was really, really crying, but I think I've calmed down. BTW, you are AMAZING at writing sad stories, which I actually like better than humorous ones. I think it is more of an accomplishent for your writing to make someone cry than for it to make them laugh. Anyone can just throw in some corny jokes, but this showed real, REAL deep emotions.

What? The killer? His brother? LEO? Someone save Raph and knock Leo into his senses! Please! Master Splinter, Donnie, Mikey, ANYONE! And while you're at it, I need a tissue! I'm on the verge of tears! *snifff* *sob*

It was so sad because deep down he knew that Raphael forgave Leo that line broke me

I read all four chapters quickly!
I could not stop reading.
It has all the right amount of things I look for when I read plus I love TMNT. It made me feel for the character's. I seriously almost cried. I want a part 5 but I feel part 4 was a good enough ending.

This was devastating but beautifully written. It was a welcome relief how Donatello provided Leonardo with an alibi for his appalling actions, undeserved though it may have been.

Nice ending, I loved the whole chapter. Fast paced yet full of anticipation. Awesome job!
