I'll never understand why people who genderbend Harry don't change HER name. I mean... when was the last time you met a girl named Harry? Even if it's short for Harriet (poor girl, that name is soooo last century) no one in their right mind would call her Harry, they'd probablly just use her middle name.

She has a dream of Gandalf telling her to not forget her hat, Fawkes appears and drops the hat for her, and she's like 'bah i'll look into it tomorrow!' and only bothers to put it on when the sun gets to be a bother.

Too close to canon Harry's personality to be honest. Pure idiocy, ignoring warning after warning, then bumbling along and finally achieving something through luck or someone else's assistance.

This quite the interesting story.
I hope you’ll be able to to find the time and motivation to update/continue this story.
