Ah. went back and saw your note about English as a second language. Guess my only advice then would be to keep it simple. Right now it feels like you wrote this using a thesaurus and a poetry primer with a fair number of outright mistakes, all of which make the whole thing rather hard to follow.
No fancy vocab needed, just write what you know. Don't have to be Shakespeare.

Well I'm glad that this isn't abandoned :) And can't wait for Jade to start the quest for magic power and more power expanding in the criminal underworld. Soon she will have to kill people herself instead of having others do it. I would imagine that the Agent Jade in the future that's no more is experienced with that, I doubt the agency would have let her in if killing was an issue for her. Especially since Jade is the type to be in the thick of things. Thanks for updating and awesome fanfiction :)

Well new badass name, new company, and calling on arms for enforcements (aka minions lol) seems that Jade have take well her new role as “evil” queen (umm Murderers? I wonder why she need assasins?)

Lol funny thought...since she now own a comic book company, she could order make a “Jackie chan adventures” comic book (she have the trio to tell her what was going on with the bad guys)

Ha ha. Figured that Jade would finally willing to get killers. It is only a matter of time until she goes that route. Out of all of the business that she would buy out I did not think it was a comic company. Also I can see her ruthlessness and yet inexperience she has in negotiating. I can tell she is going to be a fearsome regardless of what happens to her. Good job!

Interesting. Black offering to restock them so ably was surprising. not that he offered but that he is able. I suppose he looked into the possible need to produce mystical matters quickly once he learned the truth of the situation?

A chapter of fallout and transition really.

Finn stood out here. It was nice to see him able to move on and thrive. And surprising to see him again in the alley. Incidentally I appreciated Jade's squick reaction and decision to prank them.

Jade press ganging Finn was a nice touch. Forcing him back into the criminal life after he makes it clear he wants to stay legit is a good way to show she is not some noble demon or anything. Our little Jade is a villain and trampling on people.

The rival antique dealer was an excellent use of canon materials. Though unlike Jade I find him a bit illegitimate having the old school look but behind the scenes being more tech savvy. Eh, maybe its just being an Uncle fan? i wonder if he will stick with Jade? He has power and Jade is an active threat.

Another good chapter. I can see the quality even better with your skills. I have to say that Jade makes a good villain. All the learning and building. I also love the part about needing a secretary. To bad that ruling also include politics. That is going to be a nightmare depending on her rule but I can see her vision for the future with armies and research both magic and tech(electric swords!). She is about to step into a whole new world. Also introducing new players for both side is good to considering the dark events about to take place.

Are they still in the United States or are they in Europe? It seems they are in a different country but I could be wrong.
