Well, I notice that you haven't updated this story in a few years. I can say that I do hope things are going better in your life then they previously were, but I can honestly say that I really hope you update it at some point SOON, or even give it up to another author just so that your readers can see a conclusion.

I absolutely fell in love with this story and the concept of it. Forgive me, I would have signed in as I am a member here, but I forgot my password (lol) cause I just started coming back to website and ready stories.

Lauren's character is truly amazing. I like how Lauren is such a genuine person. Like she wants to help Bo, and she is afraid of Bo draining her, but she's helping Bo, not out of thinking it's part of her job, but moreso because she's the type of person that doesn't want to see another person die. I know the butterflies in her stomach are cause she doesn't realize she's falling for Bo, but she truly doesn't want to see another person/fae die.

Bo, on the other hand, doesn't realize that she started caring because of Lauren. She's beginning to realize that Lauren is very different from anyone she's ever known. Not only is Lauren the best secretary with her job, but Lauren risked her life to save Bo, when Bo was poisoned, and Bo knows that no one else would do that for her. Bo also realizes that Lauren being human makes her all the more special. It's nice to see this caring side of Bo. Even the jealousy side of Bo is very nice to see cause Lauren has had to see Bo with numerous people now...it's only fair that Bo get jealous over other people wanting Lauren too.

This last chapter with Bo seeing Nadia and then moving Lauren to Lachlan, it has me wondering how Bo is going to find out that Nadia is Lauren's ex. I'm having a feeling that either Lachlan will talk with Lauren about it and then at somepoint when he's talking to Bo, it will casually come up and that's how Bo will realize OR Lauren will be working a party for Lachlan one night that Bo comes to, and Evony will still be after Lauren, which will cause Bo to protect her again - and that's how they end up talking about it. Either way, I like the mark that Bo did with the necklace on Lauren...while Lauren doesn't want to be a "slave" it seemed more romantic in the way that Bo was thinking. And I don't think Evony is anywhere near done with Lauren yet. So it'd be nice to see how that plays out.

Please update this. I absolutely fell in love with this story, as it seems many of your other readers have as well. And there's no other concept like this on this board. Thank you for sharing and I can't wait for an update (hopefully at somepoint).

I bet this will be one of those stories where Lauren wears something really sexy and THEN Bo will want her. Bleh.

I just read the story. I sincerely hope you are well. I have no idea what you are going through since I was born in Taiwan which is a very young country and we don't have a long history of religion. Most people I know feel okay about LGBT. Of course there are some anti-gay people here but most of us kinda think they are crazy. One of my guy friends brought his bf to meet with us, nobody asks about gay or "coming out". Since he never hid and it's natural. I've dated both sexes and I love both but I don't want to define myself. Bc we all have rights to love whoever we love. Wish your family can understand that Love is above religion, sexes...basically everything.

Tht issue is still open where ppl do not accept same sex love and from where I come, ppl thr don't even think if thts even possible... I love my country and my culture bt being an Indian and frm conservative traditional family, ppl like us can't even think abt that and many here either compromise or ruin their lives... Hopefully, one day, laws will change bt its d thinking which needs to b changed...
