Excellent story. Loved your monster, and all the delicious hurt Dean. It's always tense when the boys' relationship is so strained, but you handled it really well. Great job!

So this is an actual monster from a real legend? Sweet! I'm loving your story so far, though I have a guess as to where it's heading... And I hadn't noticed any non-Americanisms, so you're good ;) It could be a typo, but if its not I thought you might like to know: you use the word perversion when talking about how the creature reacts to alcohol, and I think you mean aversion. If it was just a typo, then I apologize and you can totally ignore this.
Anyway, great story! Looking forward to chapter 2!

I liked it. Made me sad that Cas didn't come for him when he needed it but glad Sam did. The boys being disconnected always makes me nervous!
