Wow. I've been reading fanfiction for YEARS, and this might just be the best series I've read. Finished the trilogy in 2 days! You combined these two worlds perfectly, and in such a way that made the story it's very own. Also, thank you for making all the relationships believable! I hate when one second the characters hate each other and then the next they can't keep their hands off each other... Anyways I could rant forever just how much I loved this story! Legit please write an epic novel, you've got the skill and creativity for it!

It was beautiful how Azula spirit was the final piece, and I think it really helps create closure for Zuko as well. All the spirits lending their strength to close the portal gave me MAJOR HP vibes from Goblet of Fire.

Even though I wish Katara would have spared Lu Ten for Iroh, I understand why she did it here, because everything she and her friends have suffered through leads back to him. I'm curious to know how Iroh will react though.

I almost thought it was Asami who would have betrayed them bc of the blueprints on Ozai's desk but OMG LU TEN I CALLED IT LAST CHAPTER EEK

Also I know I'm a late arrival to your amazing series so I've just been commenting my thought process and reactions along the way. I really hope it's not annoying or anything, I just can't help myself when I get so emotionally invested in these stories :)

I want to say Lu Ten bc he has the most to gain by becoming heir, but i also wouldn't rule out Bowen bc he's always felt very gray to me. I think if it were him, we would have stuck a bargain for Jin and Mica's safety.

the last scene where they share their fears is so heartbreaking and yet so necessary for growth. The vulnerability and strength you show here is incredible, and my heart will not be okay after this *gets another box of tissues*

oh no I really hope Ozai doesn't merge with the spirit... Just wondering, is this spirit like the equivalent of Sozin's comet or something? Or maybe Ozai wants to use the spirit to kill Tui and La?

I'm still kinda confused abt how Katara got her bending back - was it bc of the poisoned water or bc Tui died and then came back somehow?

I'm terrified that Zuko will have to fight an Agni Kai against Lu Ten... I know it probs won't happen (fingers crossed!) but power still changes people and even tho Lu Ten is a pretty *honorable* guy, i'm not sure he can withstand the allure of being the only heir or something like that

okay now i HAVE to know what Lu Ten has been up too cuz he kinda just vanished after the Province 13 raid, and we don't know what he was doing before the raid but after the games

omg the way you've spun this web of back-alley plans and compartmentalization is so well done. The suspense is killing me and idk what the endgame or the plan is but knowing your writing i will not be disappointed. holy shit this story is amazing and should be mandatory reading for all ATLA and HG fans.
