This couldve been Peeta make love to Katniss, gentle and romantic like Peeta himself. Ive been reading a lot of fanfiction about P&K first time being intimate this got to be the most accurate, it captures the perfect flow of their mindset. Peeta being the generous one will give heaven on earth to Katniss. Keep up the good work ;)

You write very well for Katniss, but I LOVE how you write for Peeta. I can hear both his voice and yours, and I mean this in the best possible way. There's a lot of humanity and humility in Peeta's voice (as there should be), and I feel that your power for character observation really comes through in his chapters. Very well done.

As for the Everlark smut level in this chapter, you've balanced it well! I may be in disagreement with others, but this is generally the level I like to see when reading Everlark first time scenes as I feel that it best captures the sweetness and tenderness in-character Peeta and in-character Katniss would have had.

Making love is meant to be intimate and shared between people who have a special bond. That commenter got that right, but that's where it ends. This story is beautifully written and shows the lovingnessand innocence of a first time. It was detailed, yes, but not vulgar. It depicted two people who loved each other more than life sharing each other in the more beautiful and intimate way possible. Anyone who is ashamed of that is not mature or old enough to even read this.
