Happy Birthday Clint!

Hi I love your work and writing style. However you have your dates off by a couple months. If clint was in shield at ~july 12 then it would only be 8 months until april 25 not 10 or 11.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH

The beginning of this was my favorite. Despite everything, I like that we still see Clint struggle with this new life that he finds himself in. The details are just fantastic, the way that he can't get used to waking up and having someone else there. It really speaks to the effect that his previous career had on him. Because it was only while he was a contract assassin he would have been waking up every day on his own. That may have only been a year of his life, but still it's had a profound effect on him that I just love seeing explored. My favorite detail you included was how if Phil would make any kind of noise while sleeping in the same room as Clint, Clint would immediately wake and point a gun at him... which in turn caused Phil to do the same. Just a wonderfully heartbreaking image there! Very much enjoyed this piece and look forward to reading more in this series!

Lol my first thought was honestly that Clint should just be grateful Phil BOUGHT a cake... And didn't try to BAKE one. This one shot was great. Poor insecure Clint. Hope he gets Phil something in return when his birthday comes around... How old is Phil anyway...? Clint would probably guess 70 or so...

That was TOO adorable. And a bit sad. And I admit it's weird going back and reading about a time when the two of them weren't AS close as they are now. THEY'VE COME SO FAR. Great stuff!

Wow, Dr. Phil's frowning flipping skills should be a super power, that was awesome and perfectly in character for both...but doesn't this contrast with the birthday scene at the end of the Youngest story?

So fantastic! So amazing! My gosh your stuff is so good! Clint, my poor, poor baby! I just want to hug him and make all his insecurities and fears go away.
And I have to tell you this: your stories have become Canon to me. Whenever I see or read something related to the movies, shows, or comics, I always think how it plays out in your series and sometimes I think "No, that's wrong. That's not what happened" because your fics have become the be all and end all for Clint and Phil.
It has been a horrendously long time since I've read your work and now I'm working my way through it chronologically, even the stuff I've already read, so I'll get there. Slowly but surely I'll get there :)
