Oh wow, this was so good, I hated seeing felicity so upset but glad Oliver came to see if she was ok, perfect. I just loved the revenge scene, that was perfection. I really really enjoyed this story chase, please keep them coming. Great job.

That was excellent. I loved the line about wearing his heart on his sleeve when he thought no one was looking. I also love that they were physically affectionate without crossing that line into more-than-friends territory. I feel like a lot of fic writers jump right into that as a form of wish fulfillment. :P Anyway, great job!
