This is a really cool story love it!

Problem is, april is only 5'1" and skinny and is probably an A cup. She won't have any shirts that will fit Mikey and I bet all the "guys" have wider hips. Plus Donnie is tall. Shoe size will be an issue as well.

Well, he's not wrong. It is only natural to be attractedto your own species. There is nothing about a reptile that a mammal would find sexually appealing- the physical traits, the pheramones, the difference in size and appearance, nothing is arousing.
But there are no female mutant turtles, and since they aren't attracted to normal pet shop turtles, the only other sapient lifeform are humans.
But who says they have to like girls? TV? Comic books? The same society that views them as monsters?
Humans are hateful and hypocritical. And they are gross. Body oils that make their hair greasy and cause acne, and what's up with their hair? Doesn't keep 'em warm, and they spend $$$ in washing it, cutting it, styling it, and shaving it from gross places, what's the point? And despite having chimp ears, their hearing sucks, and those huge noses sticking out of their faces but they can't track a scent? They have all those useless extra fingers and toes that look like worms. Their genitalia is on the outside where it is vulnerable and gross. And human girls have those useless lumps of fat on their chest that make them look like pregnant stray dogs with swollen teats- nasty!
Plus they are all weak and squishy with wimpy backs that bruise easy. A shell makes so much more sense! How the heck did hairless apes become the dominant species?
There are 4 mutant turtles, they have each other, and it is them against the world.
No one can understand them like they do each other, no one else on earth was raised in isolation for being a freak, no one else can empathize with being the only four of your kind, and no one else knows what it's like to have your entire universe revolve around 4 people for 15 years.
The saying "through sickness and health, forsaking all others, till death do you part" is a vow reserved for couples pledging their love- but they could never foresake each other for someone else. Turtles first.
They are strongest as a team, happiest as a family, and they could be more. They are all lonely, but they don't have to be.
If they aren't allowed in the human world, why hold themselves to human standards?
A turtle four-way with the only ones who will ever truly love you and be willing to give their life for you, that is the solution. Let April go to college, have a career, get married and have kids and the normal life she so obviously wants... And let Raph, Leo, and Mikey have Donnie's lucious legs and sweet tail!

Mikey mentioned "time of the month" so I'm assuming he has an idea what that means. I totally forgot about them having periods! That's going to be fun to read. Boys always seem so grossed out about it. Was Raph's comment about not pretending to date his "sisters" a dog at tcesf shippers LOL well done.

The boys being one of the girls with Irma and April is adorable. Do you have any fan art for this particular story? Though you described each one well, I would love to see how you see them in your head.

I don't really agree with the most recent review...you're doing a great job with the story and no need to over complicate it with love lines. That's why I love the story so much, you aren't forcing them and letting the canon ones develop...like April and Casey or April and Donnie.

Okay, I'm not gonna lie. I actually want Mikey to stay a girl, it just-it fits. He is ridiculously adorable and so naturally, well, girlish. Not in an overt way but girlish nonetheless. Also, even though you're obviously aiming for a Casey/April pairing, I'm honestly really interested in a Mikey:Mika/Casey slant because I feel like their personalities are complimentary-and Mikey is obviously a person who believes that love is love. Out of all the turtles he is the most comfortable and accepting of their new forms and I can't help but feel like that means something.
