This is a interesting idea for a story. Some of the banter made me laugh. Like when the characters of the salon were throwing bottles of conditioner at gimli. The only thing I would suggest is maybe narrow down the crossover a bit. Instead of throwing in characters from lots of fandoms maybe you could narrow it down to just the three worlds that the main characters belong to.
