This was lovely and so well written. Frerin is such an underutilized character. I especially liked how you handled the slow transition from dreaming to awake.

Great fic

I love this so much! It is so sad that Frerin had to die in the first place, but knowing he's still there is so happy and beautiful and I love it. I love Frerin. I love Fili and Kili and oh if only they knew who it was, the uncle they never knew, it's so lovely that Frerin is watching over them too. Feels! :)
