PurpleBat1 chapter 14 . 2/9 NOOO! WHERE'S THE REST OF THE STORY? :'( This can't end here! Does Elsa thread the needle? Does she abdicate? Does she commit suicide? Does she go on a rampage and conquer the world? Does she throw in her lot with one of these ambassages? WE MUST KNOW! Someone has to finish this! |
basketcaseane chapter 1 . 1/22 So, just figured I'd drop a little note here as to a LOWER bound for Elsa's powers: 550 kilotons of TNT. Comparing the size of real-life Arendal to the thermal effects of a nuclear weapon on a area the same size, she needs at least this much power. To put that in perspective, between the "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" bombs, the USA ended Japan with 40 kilotons. They planned to have another Fat Man bomb ready on August 19, with the plutonium core undergoing final preparation at the end of the war, then three more in September, and three more in October. The USA could drop their entire atomic arsenal on Elsa at point blank range, and she could theoreticaly freeze it. Course, a nuke may not have energy to match Elsa, but it probably could overpower her. Same way a linebacker actually has far more energy than a bullet, but the bullet would win if they went head to head. Whatever. Point is, with Napoleonic-era tech, all of Europe could declare war against Arendale, AND LOSE BADLY. I'm looking for how this goes! |
YetAnotherLurker chapter 14 . 12/20/2018 I can't describe what a pity it is that you seem to have disappeared from this site. These two Frozen stories are proof of your excellency not only at writing, but at keeping everyone in character. Your narration is flawless and an immense delight to read. How can I make you see that? Well, I can't since you haven't been around for more than 4 years *chuckle*. But I do hope that wherever you are, you're still writing. I don't really think you'll come back but, juuust in case, I've begun to follow this story. I sincerely hope you're doing well and wish you the best. With great admiration, Y.A.L. P.S.: Thank you so much for the soundtrack at the end of "Frozen: The Snow Queen" which lead me to discover Two Steps From Hell. As a Music Lover, you truly have my gratitude. *bows* |
Malicean chapter 14 . 8/8/2017 I know that muses can be fickle things, but is there anything we can do to incite you to continue this story? More please? Pretty please? Showing Elsa to be one of a few cases of empowered individuals in the general area was a nice touch in The Snow Queen; but tackling the question of just what the superpowers of the era would have done for the chance to co-opt *General Winter* to their respective sides in the middle of the Napoleonic Wars - priceless! I can't say I *like* any of the ambassadors so far, but the diplomatic free-for-all is intriguing and we don't even have all the players in! Britain? Prussia? Wonder what they would set on the table ...? Adoption, though ill-received, showed at least some creativity beyond the usual *Young, single woman in possession of a valuable asset? Marry her!* approach. Besides, I'm not too sure Napoleon was distracted when he sent that blunt general, and not displaying his usual strategic brilliance. Though, given where Bernadotte ended up, and how Marmont set his priorities in the end ... It might go not quite how the L'Empereur intended! Oh, the possibilities ... And, of course, I'm just dying to find out what kind of outfit Elsa picked for Kristoff's *he cleans up nicely* apparel ... ;) |
Infernal Blaze chapter 14 . 5/16/2017 THIS IS THE LAST CHAPTER!F&K!S#!T! With that out of the way what can I say?Every chapter of this story was great and are a great writer. I would love to play chess with those made them amazing and I really liked the idea you had with them. I liked the conversation Elsa and Uriel had. I am a little confused because if if Elsa's father and Uriel's mother were step-brothers(they had the same father) then Elsa and Uriel would have the same grandfather meaning they are still related. I am not against them being a couple especially with the way you portraied them and the hints you gave us.I am just pointing this out because you might have confused a few things when you explained the step-brothers stuff the last time you mentioned it(that is the part that confused me) and if you will update the story you might clear that up since you obviously worked hard for this. Either way I look forward to the time you will update this amazing and well thought out story,if you decide to do then have a good day.:)) |
Infernal Blaze chapter 13 . 5/16/2017 This was a nice chapter.A breath of fresh air to be honest since it wasn't as emotionally straining for Elsa as the rest. This chapter also made me like the marshal. |
Infernal Blaze chapter 12 . 5/16/2017 Damn! This guys just keep comming one after another. Some of them I like, some of them I don't. I think it's obvious who I like and who I don't. This chapter had both hummor and drama. I loved 's see what else you got in store. |
Infernal Blaze chapter 11 . 5/15/2017 Olaf was so sweet he brought a smile to my face.:) Poor Elsa.I want to hug and reasure her.:( are getting even more serious now.: |
Infernal Blaze chapter 10 . 5/15/2017 Forget what I said in chapter things are truly SERIOUS! Uriel's advice was very good but I wonder what was the problem between him and Seraphim(I got a hunch but I will wait and see to be sure). STRONG!You can do this.I know you will be fine. |
Infernal Blaze chapter 9 . 5/15/2017 So Oda is Oaken's one.:) Now things are getting serious. |
Infernal Blaze chapter 8 . 5/15/2017 So Uriel changed so much from what he went through. Understandable. I had trouble keeping up with the table arrangements and got confused.:)...:( |
Infernal Blaze chapter 7 . 5/15/2017 So they finally met Kristoff's familly. That was a quick wedding for sure.:D I liked the part with the horses and the was funny. Those ice rosses must have been beautiful. You chose a fitting name for Elsa's horse. |
Infernal Blaze chapter 6 . 5/14/2017 As always great chapter. I really liked the meeting Elsa had with her men. Olaf totally stole the scenes the moment he showed up. So Anna is fluent in 7 . But it makes sense considering her personality. I didn't know Uriel was THAT bad at |
Infernal Blaze chapter 5 . 5/14/2017 Oh I have no doubt that Anna knows the castle better than anybody else. I would love to see Seraphim's reaction to Kristoff's I knew it was them the moment Elsa was told they already had guests.I'm so good. Great chapter overall. |
