Sweet Andraste, what a beautiful, awful little story! I rarely get emotional but that ending punched me in the gut. Fantastic storytelling!

Right in the feels!

This was as beautiful as it was heart-wrenching. Its so hard to find a Cullen/mage story that doesnt explain him as a bumbling fool and Amell as a sultry temtress. The reasoning behind her mask, even wearing a helmet to begin with, was refreshing to read. This was a bittersweet and I loved it

This tale is, like love, a bittersweet thing. It is very sad at the end when Cullen has to kill her for taking too long in the Fade. The OC has hints of interesting things, too. I did like the short glint of triumph when Cullen told her she was not beautiful and then how he explained himself.

I rather liked this. The ending was sad but good.
