Writing this review after my third read through of this fantastic story. I read fanfiction in waves, quite a bit or not at all, and this is a story I have come back to many times. It's often been the story that has pulled me back into reading. There's so much I could say about this fic- the descriptions are wonderful, the pacing is tormentingly good and the dialogue is spot on. For a period piece about two Disney characters, it feels inexplicably real. Beyond all those wonderful and useful mechanics, this story has feeling! So much feeling! And it makes me feel! So, thank you for sharing your story and for making me feel all the feelings. It is a pleasure to read and an old friend I love to catch up with every once in a while.

this story is incredible

I liked the story leading up to chapter 19. In this chapter the comments you have Elsa make to Anna about Africa, India, and Far East are racist and xenophobic.

Wow! I love this story and really wish you would pick it back up! I gotta know what happened to Kristoff, what's up with the Comptess, and of course see the progression in the Elsanna relationship.

OMG, if this story continues to have so much pain for Elsa as she battles her insecurities and her love for Anna, I’ll be forced to drown in my own tears. Simply beautiful!

I've come to the fandom again months after watching Frozen 2 remembering the amount of fanfic gems everywhere and I think I might have read this title, "A Formal Arrangement" probably while scrolling on tumblr under Elsanna tag but I half regret not giving it a go back then. Regret because I should have acquainted myself with such a beautiful piece of work? And relieved that I didn't read it bc I would have met the heartbreak of my favorite story(if i read it back then im sure it would be my fave) being left hanging :/
At least reading it in 2020 and knowing that it's not complete gave me a heads up and prepared for the vexing reality that it stops...here dampens the sting a little.

Despite knowing all that, I still feel devastated that it's being left here. This story had a lot of potential and I wanna read through their adventures of their marriage on forward. And I love that Elsa is finally accepting of herself and that she deserves happiness AND her possessiveness of Anna that has been lying dormant is slowly baring its form is HOT omg like go queen give us IT.

You probably won't read this comment because it has been SO long but I guess I just wanted to show my appreciation given that you aren't being payed to write but you still did and made people happy :)

I wonder what could have been the outcome if Anna went to Arendelle when Elsa's parents died. It must've been a great help for Elsa to feel not alone in those times. I mean, who wouldn't need a friend during those times?

I’m just gonna say what is in everybody’s mind: we deserve to see Anna’s and Elsas’s first time. I cannot believe the story “ended” here. Hahahahaha

But seriously, this story is great and i believe a lot of people is reading it now in 2020 because of Frozen 2. I hope you’re okay and that you find it in your heart to continue this wonderful fic. It’s okay that it has been 4 years since your last update, please come back to us. 3

Am not tired reading this. The story is out of context from the movies but this is a fanfic and I can't yet imagine Elsa with a guy. Disney really made a difference in building up Elsa, a very strong woman as her own person. Anna is a good match to her and this storyline, that they need not to be blood related to form a complicated yet mutual feelings for each other. It is also good character build up for Anna to have some stable hobby. Her honesty seems to touch anyone she talked to. It's kinda treasure. And Elsa is there to protect her.
