FINALLY, a HP/Naruto crossover that DOESN'T go with the same stale setup! I've been getting sick of every fic in this catagory being either "guards at hogwarts," "someone gets adopted," or "harry in konoha." Tsunade sending Naruto to England to hide him from Madara? Is something I've NEVER SEEN BEFORE, AND IT. IS. AMAZEBALLS. And more than being original, it's IN CHARACTER for everyone involved!

(give me a moment to breathe, I'm squeeing non-stop right now)

It gives Naruto room to be himself! Most fics using old "bodyguard mission" standby come with too many plotholes (the most common one: if the Naruto cast is hired as body guards, why is it necessary to enroll them at hogwarts, complete with wand and a class schedule? Plus, why do they never understand the concept of professionalism?). I've only ever seen ONE example of the 'bodyguard plot' that portrays them as ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS, doing their job competently.

Naruto being sent to hogwarts as an ACTUAL transfer student - not as a hired guard undercover as a transfer student, or a "surprise! you've got magical heritage, let's ship you off to magic school!" transfer student (sorry for whinging, it's just those are so darn common they're practically the only ones out there!) is really exiting to see.

The characterization is spot-on, the "fake S-ranks" are a brilliant bit of inspiration - and something I could totally see Tsunade and company doing. WHY ISN'T THIS CANON. THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO THE CANON DILEMMA OF WHAT TO DO ABOUT NARUTO, YOU DESERVE TO HAVE THE RIGHTS TO NARUTO. RIGHT. NOW.

Will Naruto focus on learning wandless magic over wanded magic? Because I can totally see him refusing to "take the lazy way," especially if he's seen wandless magic preformed already. I pity whatever poor soul to break the news to Naruto that wizards prefer to use wands "because wandless magic is hard to learn."

Just look at what Naruto puts himself through every time he learns a new skill or technique... They might as well outright dare the blonde to learn how to do everything wandlessly.

Please, please write some more!
