Anyway, at first I thought the time setting is in a modern time, but then I thought, "Kurt and Katie are calling their parents as mother and father not as mom and dad, so I think it's not a modern time", and well... in this chapter you empesized it by mentioning the caddle in Kurt room as the source of lightning :)
